Not to be rude, but this band is FAR from Lite AOR as they're categorized. They were Swedish heavy metal! This record was not that good. I would avoid it.

These guys were different. If I remember correctly, they had the same lead singer from Leviticus. The first song Victory Dance is very good, but the rest of the album is kind of boring.

I had this CD at one time too. 'Victory Dance' was really the only good song on it, the rest was pretty annoying. They were kind of Pop Metal but they had a lot of weird electronic keyboard effects going on. I had it for about a week and then traded it in at a used CD store. Not a must have by any means.

I owned this CD back in the day... On the positive side the first song is good and they do some unique things with there music, there was potential to have more widespread appeal, however on the negative side they did need more time to fine turn their style. Over all I never heard another Christian band that was doing it like they were. If you are a Christian rock music junkie then you would find it interesting, otherwise it would have little appeal.

I liked this cd back then because there wasn't much out there at the time..

This tape was total doo doo. Avoid it at all cost.

Interesting offering from members of Leviticus. This is not Lite AOR (huh?) or heavy metal. This is a combination of Hard Rock and Funk with some Rap influences. 'Victory Dance' and 'Jet Blue' are great songs. Could've done without 'Be Bop a Lula.' I agree that some of the others are unmemorable. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this doesn't sound like anything else in Christian music at the time. For that, at least, JC should be thanked. Not for every day listening. But, it does get a spin.

Agree with Indigo. The guys were brilliant. Far ahead.

I love this album! If you like heavy bass with a cool metal vibe then you'll love this cd.

I have to weigh in, this is worth owning if just for Bepop a lula. This was a predecessor to Relient K and other fun bands. They were pioneers and there are several fun tracks on the CD, although I doubt anyone will ever sit through this album from start to finish.

Love this album. Way ahead of anything at the time. I remember playing various cuts on a radio show I used to have - maybe that's why I don't have it now. 'Be Bop A Lula' is so strange it's cool.
